Hands-on Workshop: Build Your First Voicebot Flow

About this workshop

In this hands-on online workshop, you build a working voicebot alongside the Zappio team: write the opening script, set the qualification questions and add conditional branches that react to what each caller says.

You then connect the flow to follow-ups — a WhatsApp message when a lead is interested, a scheduled retry when they are busy — and launch a test campaign to hear your voicebot call and see each outcome land in the CRM.
