August connected the platform to where leads actually come from. Facebook and Instagram lead ads now flow in automatically, the flow builder got real branching logic, and the voice engine moved to a new realtime speech model — lower latency, cleaner interruptions, smoother language switching.
Leads submitted through Facebook and Instagram lead-ad forms flow straight into Inquiries.
End-to-end WhatsApp template management, built in.
Real branching logic in the flow builder.
The voice pipeline moved to a new realtime speech-to-text model, with text-to-speech tuning alongside it.
Export all leads or a filtered subset from the leads view, in multiple file formats. Admin-side inquiry export added too.
The moment a lead is qualified on a call, an acknowledgement message is sent automatically so your team can follow up while the lead is still warm.
Let leads call your number and reach a voicebot directly.
Handle and route inbound WhatsApp messages from leads who message first.

July was about depth. WhatsApp got its own chatbot engine and credit system, we shipped AI Insights — a full analysis report on your account — connected the first external CRM, and made campaigns that never close.
WhatsApp chatbots are now a standalone entity, exactly like voicebots.
WhatsApp usage now runs on the same credit model as calls.
Complete chat history for every WhatsApp thread with a lead, viewable from the lead record.
One-tap deep-analysis report across your entire account.
Connect a Lead Rat CRM account per organization.
A new "open campaign" mode for ad-fed lead sources.
Website contact-form submissions now land in a built-in lightweight CRM.
Many more AI voices added on the latest Sarvam speech model, with global and per-account concurrency caps for predictable campaign pacing.
Call flow now tracks IVR / keypad navigation during a call.
Create, edit, and submit WhatsApp templates to Meta for approval and sync status back — all inside the platform.
Facebook and Instagram lead-ad submissions flowing straight in with no spreadsheet in between.
Branching logic in the flow builder — route a lead down different paths based on how they responded.

June took the platform from voice-only to multi-channel. WhatsApp went live, a second telephony provider was added, and the call engine was rebuilt to run many calls at once. We also opened the platform up with a lead ingest API.
Native WhatsApp via the Meta Business API.
Both Exotel and Plivo are now supported as calling providers, switchable per deployment.
The call queue was rebuilt to dispatch many calls simultaneously instead of a handful.
Generate an API key from Settings and push leads programmatically from any external source.
Charge per call attempt in addition to per-minute of talk time.
Calls that reach voicemail are detected and ended instead of running a full conversation into an answering machine.
When creating a new voicebot, import the full system prompt from one you already have and edit from there.
WhatsApp chatbots as a standalone, reusable entity — build once, attach to any campaign, test before launch.
Automated deep-analysis report across all campaigns, voicebots, and calls.
Push qualified leads into an external CRM automatically in real time.

May was our most productive month so far. We shipped the complete core product — voicebots, campaigns, call flows, lead management, analytics, and billing — and moved from a raw prototype to a system ready for real outbound calling workloads.
Create, edit, and delete AI voicebot agents entirely from the dashboard. Each voicebot is configured with:
AI-assisted prompt generator inside the voicebot builder. Provide your product name, call goal, tone, and language — a full, ready-to-use voicebot prompt is generated in seconds.
Cuts voicebot setup time from 30+ minutes to under 5 minutes.
Create a campaign, assign a voicebot or flow, add leads, and start. The engine:
Chain multiple voicebots in sequence, each with its own calling window and a wait period between steps. A full multi-touch outbound cadence without building it manually.
Upload leads in bulk via CSV or Excel. The import engine:
Generate an API key from Settings and push leads programmatically from any external source — website forms, Meta lead ads, CRMs, Zapier, or custom integrations.
Three analytics views now live:
Now running on a credit-based billing model:
Native WhatsApp integration via Meta Business API. Send follow-up messages as part of a campaign flow, receive and log inbound replies against the lead record, and use approved message templates for outbound messaging.
Automated SMS sent to the lead after a completed call — configurable per voicebot. If a lead shows interest, an SMS with a link or next step fires automatically.
Expanded reporting for organization admins — usage breakdowns, call volume trends, credit consumption, and campaign performance over time.
We are building transparently because outbound voice AI does not need to be a black box. If you can create a voicebot, load a campaign, and start calling leads in under 10 minutes — that is the product working as intended.
Every month builds on the last. Everything from here builds on what's already live.
