August connected the platform to where leads actually come from. Facebook and Instagram lead ads now flow in automatically, the flow builder got real branching logic, and the voice engine moved to a new realtime speech model — lower latency, cleaner interruptions, smoother language switching.

Product Update — July 2026

Published July 31, 2026 · Product Team

July was about depth. WhatsApp got its own chatbot engine and credit system, we shipped AI Insights — a full analysis report on your account — connected the first external CRM, and made campaigns that never close.

WhatsApp chatbotsAI InsightsCRM integrationBilling & queue reliability
New Features Released

Everything we shipped in July

WhatsApp Chatbots

Live

WhatsApp chatbots are now a standalone entity, exactly like voicebots.

Build one chatbot, reuse it across any number of campaigns
Dedicated management UI — create, edit, test before launch
Select a chatbot per campaign, the same way you select a voicebot
Runs as a step inside a campaign flow alongside calls

WhatsApp Credit System

Live

WhatsApp usage now runs on the same credit model as calls.

Metered per chatbot conversation turn and per outbound template message
Configurable rates per organization
Full history in the credit ledger, idempotent so nothing is ever double-charged

WhatsApp Conversation History

Live

Complete chat history for every WhatsApp thread with a lead, viewable from the lead record.

AI Insights

Live

One-tap deep-analysis report across your entire account.

Executive summary and per-campaign health assessment
Strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities
Prompt issues — spelling and instruction problems found in your voicebot prompts, with the exact text quoted
Lead-data issues — duplicate and invalid numbers flagged
Prioritized recommendations, each tappable to jump to the campaign or voicebot
Cost shown up front with a confirmation prompt; one generation per user per 24 hours

Lead Rat CRM Integration

Live

Connect a Lead Rat CRM account per organization.

Qualified leads push automatically in real time
Configurable field mapping and lead-status mapping
Full conversation transcript and call summary written into the CRM lead's notes
Automatic retry on failure, with an email alert and a manual resend button
Remaining leads pushed in bulk at campaign completion

Always-On Campaigns

Live

A new "open campaign" mode for ad-fed lead sources.

The campaign stays live indefinitely instead of completing when the current list runs out
New leads arriving via API, import, or manual add are picked up automatically within seconds
You can still close an open campaign manually at any time

Inquiry Management

Live

Website contact-form submissions now land in a built-in lightweight CRM.

Assign an inquiry to a team member
Set status (new, contacted, interested, converted, closed, etc.)
Add internal notes with an audit trail

Expanded Voice Library

Live

Many more AI voices added on the latest Sarvam speech model, with global and per-account concurrency caps for predictable campaign pacing.

IVR Tracking

Live

Call flow now tracks IVR / keypad navigation during a call.

Closed race conditions that could double-charge a call or bill a call the AI never actually engaged on.

Repeated AI failures now auto-pause all campaigns and alert admins instead of burning credits.

June 2026

Product Update — June 2026

Published June 30, 2026 · Product Team

June took the platform from voice-only to multi-channel. WhatsApp went live, a second telephony provider was added, and the call engine was rebuilt to run many calls at once. We also opened the platform up with a lead ingest API.

New Features Released

Everything we shipped in June

WhatsApp Integration

Live

Native WhatsApp via the Meta Business API.

Connect your WhatsApp Business account to the dashboard
Two-way conversations — outbound messages and inbound replies, both logged against the lead
Add a WhatsApp step inside a campaign flow — message a lead automatically as part of a multi-touch sequence
Approved message templates for outbound sends

Telephony Provider Choice — Plivo

Live

Both Exotel and Plivo are now supported as calling providers, switchable per deployment.

Same campaign, flow, and voicebot behaviour on either provider
Original provider-side call recordings on both, replacing mixed-audio recordings

Parallel Calling at Scale

Live

The call queue was rebuilt to dispatch many calls simultaneously instead of a handful.

Concurrency scaled up substantially, with global and per-account limits
Automatic retry of unanswered and failed calls continues in the background

Lead Ingest API

Generate an API key from Settings and push leads programmatically from any external source.

One API call drops a lead into the specified campaign instantly
Website forms, Meta lead ads, CRMs, Zapier, or custom integrations

Per-Attempt Billing

Live

Charge per call attempt in addition to per-minute of talk time.

Decimal rates now supported (₹0.90, ₹5.50, etc.)
Configurable per organization by admins

Answering-Machine Detection

Live

Calls that reach voicemail are detected and ended instead of running a full conversation into an answering machine.

Import Prompt from Existing Voicebot

Live

When creating a new voicebot, import the full system prompt from one you already have and edit from there.

Product Update — May 2026

Published May 30, 2026 · Product Team

May was our most productive month so far. We shipped the complete core product — voicebots, campaigns, call flows, lead management, analytics, and billing — and moved from a raw prototype to a system ready for real outbound calling workloads.

Infrastructure reliabilityExternal integrationsVoice quality
New Features Released

Everything we shipped in May

Voicebot Builder

Live

Create, edit, and delete AI voicebot agents entirely from the dashboard. Each voicebot is configured with:

System prompt — persona, call objective, qualification questions, objection handling
Language — Hindi, English, or Hinglish
Voice selection from 10 available AI voices
Max call duration, first message, end-call phrases, and output fields

AI Prompt Generator

Live

AI-assisted prompt generator inside the voicebot builder. Provide your product name, call goal, tone, and language — a full, ready-to-use voicebot prompt is generated in seconds.

Cuts voicebot setup time from 30+ minutes to under 5 minutes.

Campaign Engine

Live

Create a campaign, assign a voicebot or flow, add leads, and start. The engine:

Calls leads within your configured time window (e.g., 9 AM–9 PM)
Handles multiple simultaneous calls based on your plan
Automatically retries unanswered or failed calls
Auto-pauses the campaign if credits run out, with reason shown

Call Flows — Multi-Step Sequences

Live

Chain multiple voicebots in sequence, each with its own calling window and a wait period between steps. A full multi-touch outbound cadence without building it manually.

Qualification call on Day 1 → follow-up 4 hours later if interested
Second attempt at 9 AM Day 2 if no answer on Day 1

Lead Import — CSV and Excel

Live

Upload leads in bulk via CSV or Excel. The import engine:

Auto-detects phone, name, and email columns regardless of header naming
Normalizes all phone numbers to a standard format automatically
Preserves extra columns as custom fields on the lead record
Shows a clear summary — total rows, imported, skipped, and errors

Lead Ingest API

Live

Generate an API key from Settings and push leads programmatically from any external source — website forms, Meta lead ads, CRMs, Zapier, or custom integrations.

One API call adds the lead to the specified campaign instantly
Facebook/Instagram lead ads → campaign in real time

Analytics Dashboard

Live

Three analytics views now live:

Overview — platform-wide metrics: leads, calls, success rate, duration, credits
Campaign Analytics — lead funnel, call completion, hourly pickup rates
Daily Call Volume — trend chart for 7–90 days

Credits & Billing

Live

Now running on a credit-based billing model:

Billing per minute of call time, billed in whole minutes rounded up
Credits deducted at the end of each call — test calls never billed
Full credit history available per organization
Campaigns auto-pause when balance drops below cost of one call
Features in Progress

What's being built right now

WhatsApp Integration

In Progress

Native WhatsApp integration via Meta Business API. Send follow-up messages as part of a campaign flow, receive and log inbound replies against the lead record, and use approved message templates for outbound messaging.

Post-Call SMS

In Progress

Automated SMS sent to the lead after a completed call — configurable per voicebot. If a lead shows interest, an SMS with a link or next step fires automatically.

Architecture planningQ3 2026

Admin Reporting Panel

In Progress

Expanded reporting for organization admins — usage breakdowns, call volume trends, credit consumption, and campaign performance over time.

UI & Design

Interface improvements

Voicebot cards
Refreshed with cleaner status badges and a quick-test button without opening the full edit view.

Settings page
Account info, organization details, credit balance, and API key management in one clean page.
Empty states
All dashboard views now show a helpful prompt when there is no data yet.
Notifications
Consistent success and error messages across all actions. No more silent failures.
Tablet layout
Dashboard layout adjusted for tablet viewports.
Performance & Infrastructure

Under the hood

Faster call start
First message audio is pre-loaded before the call connects. Leads hear the voicebot immediately with no delay.
Call recording
All calls are now recorded by default and accessible for post-call review.
Faster lead imports
Bulk lead uploads now process significantly faster for large files.
Cloud deployment
Backend is deployed on Google Cloud with an automated build and deployment pipeline.
Bug Fixes

Issues resolved this month

Credits being deducted twice for the same call in certain conditions
Call queue occasionally freezing and stopping new calls from being dispatched
Phone numbers with non-standard formatting being incorrectly rejected on import
Leads with extra spaces in the phone field being skipped during import
Campaign pause reason not appearing in the dashboard immediately after a credit-based pause

Building Transparently

The foundation is live.

We are building transparently because outbound voice AI does not need to be a black box. If you can create a voicebot, load a campaign, and start calling leads in under 10 minutes — that is the product working as intended.

Every month builds on the last. Everything from here builds on what's already live.
