May was our most productive month so far. We shipped the complete core product — voicebots, campaigns, call flows, lead management, analytics, and billing — and moved from a raw prototype to a system ready for real outbound calling workloads.
Create, edit, and delete AI voicebot agents entirely from the dashboard. Each voicebot is configured with:

Create a campaign, assign a voicebot or flow, add leads, and start. The engine:
Chain multiple voicebots in sequence, each with its own calling window and a wait period between steps. A full multi-touch outbound cadence without building it manually.
Upload leads in bulk via CSV or Excel. The import engine:
Generate an API key from Settings and push leads programmatically from any external source — website forms, Meta lead ads, CRMs, Zapier, or custom integrations.

Native WhatsApp integration via Meta Business API. Send follow-up messages as part of a campaign flow, receive and log inbound replies against the lead record, and use approved message templates for outbound messaging.
Automated SMS sent to the lead after a completed call — configurable per voicebot. If a lead shows interest, an SMS with a link or next step fires automatically.
Expanded reporting for organization admins — usage breakdowns, call volume trends, credit consumption, and campaign performance over time.
We are building Zappio transparently because outbound voice AI does not need to be a black box. If you can create a voicebot, load a campaign, and start calling leads in under 10 minutes — that is the product working as intended.
