What most advertisers don't know is that MagicBricks lead quality is not uniform — the platform's lead products span three distinct tiers with qualification rate differences as large as 3.4× between the highest and lowest tier. More importantly, the qualification rate for any tier improves dramatically when contact speed drops below 90 seconds — a threshold only AI Calling can consistently achieve at scale.
MagicBricks categorizes its lead products into tiers that differ in how the lead was generated, how the buyer's intent was validated, and what data is delivered to the developer.
The highest-intent product: an identity-verified buyer who searched using filters, shortlisted your listing, and submitted an enquiry form.
