Indian real estate brokerages evaluating AI calling platforms typically compare two or three options before deciding. Zappio, Salesken, and Convoso appear in most shortlists. This comparison cuts through vendor marketing to show what each platform actually does — and which problems each one solves.
Before comparing features, the category distinction matters. These are not three versions of the same thing:
| Platform | Category | Primary Use Case | Target Customer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zappio | AI voice calling platform | Autonomous outbound AI calls that qualify leads end-to-end | Indian real estate brokerages & developers |
| Salesken | Sales intelligence / coaching | Real-time call coaching and analytics for human sales teams | B2B SaaS, BFSI, telecom sales teams |
| Convoso | Cloud contact centre dialler | High-volume predictive dialling with queue management | US-centric call centres, insurance, lending |
Salesken and Convoso are fundamentally different products from Zappio. Salesken augments human callers; Convoso manages dialler queues. Zappio replaces the human caller entirely for the qualification stage. Comparing them on the same feature grid is misleading — the operational question they answer is different.
For Indian real estate, language support is a first-order criterion. A platform that cannot understand or speak natural Hindi and Hinglish cannot qualify the majority of residential real estate leads in NCR, Mumbai, or Bengaluru markets.
| Language Capability | Zappio | Salesken | Convoso |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hindi (native fluency) | ✓ | Partial (coaching overlays, not autonomous calling) | ✗ |
| Hinglish / code-switching | ✓ | ✗ | ✗ |
| Regional Indian English accents | ✓ | ✓ (analytics only) | ✗ |
| Autonomous conversation (no human needed) | ✓ | ✗ (human on call) | ✗ (human on call) |
| Indian real estate vocabulary | ✓ (trained on RE conversations) | ✗ | ✗ |
This is where the platforms diverge most significantly for real estate use cases.
Zappio uses a configurable qualification framework that scores leads on budget fit, timeline, configuration match, and decision stage. The AI conducts the conversation autonomously and writes qualification outcomes directly to the CRM — no human reviews the call before routing.
Salesken provides real-time cue cards to human agents during calls — prompting them with questions to ask or objections to handle. The qualification decision is made by the human agent, with Salesken's AI suggesting optimal responses. A human is required on every call.
Convoso has no native qualification intelligence. It is a dialler that connects leads to available agents. Any qualification happens through the human agent or through a separate CRM workflow. Convoso's "AI" features are dialler optimisation (predictive dial pacing) — not conversational qualification.

Zappio pricing is usage-based: a base plan of ₹1,999/month includes 50 call minutes, with additional minutes at ₹10/min. This means a brokerage handling 500 leads/month with average 3-minute calls (1,500 minutes) pays approximately ₹16,499/month in total AI calling costs — roughly 60–70% less than the equivalent human BDR cost for the same call volume.
Salesken pricing is enterprise per-seat (typically ₹3,000–₹6,000/agent/month for the coaching overlay), layered on top of existing human agent costs. Convoso pricing is per-seat dialler subscription (US-market pricing, typically $150–$300/seat/month), also layered on top of human agent costs.
Zappio replaces the human calling cost. Salesken and Convoso add to it. The total cost comparison must include human agent salaries for Salesken and Convoso deployments.
